Celeste Jamneck

"The Soloists" is a 2021 animated short film, conceived at Gobelins School in Paris, France, serving as my Masters thesis project.

 

As one of the 5 Directors, I played a pivotal role in guiding and supporting the team, drawing on my prior experience in directing and creating 3D animated student short films. My involvement spanned Art Direction, Story, and Technical aspects of the pipeline. Serving as Lead Character Designer, I sculpted and modeled two characters, while also overseeing the character rigs and animation output. Additionally, I crafted the Lighting Script, influencing the storytelling and visual aesthetics through lighting, particularly for the film's interiors.

This experience, crafting "The Soloists," reinforced my passion for leadership and collaboration in producing remarkable animated content.
